Specially formulated to mix with TM ÉLAN’s Deep Brow Tint in shades 04 ICY and 05 SPICY, these boosters can also be used with other professional eyebrow tints — provided the technician has a solid understanding of color theory.

🧪 How to Use

1. Prep the Brows:
Cleanse the area using ÉLAN Cleansing Detox-Mousse to degrease and sanities the skin and hair before tinting.

2. Define the Shape:
Outline brows using Brow Liner Pro or Brow Pro Micromatic Powder Pencil for precision.

3. Mix the Tint:
In a non-metallic bowl, mix:

• 49% ÉLAN Deep Brow Tint (shade of choice)

• 49% ÉLAN Oxidizing Emulsion 3%

• 2% Color Booster (INDIGO or ORANGE)

Mixing Note:
The more Color Booster added, the closer the final result will lean toward its respective base tone (blue for INDIGO, orange for ORANGE).

4. Apply the Tint:
Apply to brows along the defined shape. Develop for 5–10 minutes depending on desired intensity. Remove with a damp cotton pad. Use ÉLAN Skin Color Remover to clean up any excess.

5. Finish & Fix:
Lock in color with ÉLAN Color Fix Fluid – enriched with keratin and sunflower seed oil for longer-lasting results and hair care benefits.
