At checkout, you get to choose – wait for delivery, or get the FREE ‘Click & Collect” in-store’ option. When your order has confirmed, you will receive an email that your order ready to collect. If the store has the item in stock, your order will be ready for collection at the same day or next day. Depending on the day and time of the order.

Throughout New Zealand, we use CourierPost, we want your parcel to get to you safely, quickly and at the lowest cost.
Depending on the time of day that you submit your order, we aim to have your order delivered to you within 2-3 working days. For South Island and rural deliveries, add an extra day to delivery times.
Courier prices are based on your shipping destination.

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of New Zealand.
All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition.
Can I Return Something I’ve Purchased?
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you’ve purchased from BROWS BOUTIQUE within 14 days from the date you received your parcel. All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What should I do if the item arrived damaged?
Sometimes for various reasons that are out of our control you may receive goods that are damaged or faulty.
In the event of this happening, send a message with a photo and brief description with what the issue maybe. Hold on to the goods until we can identity and rectify any issues as in most circumstances the manufacturer will require the faulty goods returned.
If you are not satisfied with any purchase made on our website, simply return the goods to us in original unopened condition within 10 days, and we will exchange it, replace it, or refund you.
