ÉLAN «FLASH TINT» is a ready-to-use eyebrow tint that requires no mixing with oxidant, making the tinting process faster, easier, and more comfortable for professionals and clients alike.

Thanks to its unique occlusion-effect formula with a high concentration of polysaccharides, it delivers deep hydration while providing rich, even color in as little as 1–15 minutes, depending on the client’s hair type and desired intensity.

Usage Instructions:

1. Cleanse the brows with ÉLAN Detox-Mousse.

2. Outline desired shape using a brow pencil.

3. Apply tint evenly within the defined shape.

4. Leave to process 1–15 minutes depending on desired intensity.

5. Remove thoroughly with a water-moistened cotton pad.

6. Apply ÉLAN Color Fix to stabilize the color for longer-lasting results.

⚠️ Patch Test Required: Apply to a small area on the inner elbow 48 hours before use. Proceed only if no irritation occurs.
