🖌️ How to Use

Step 1: Cleanse, Prep & Prime

• Cleanse the brows with Noemi Foam Cleanser and a spoolie to remove makeup and oil

• Apply Noemi Primer using a wand to areas you wish to stain

• Allow up to 90 seconds to fully dry

Step 2: Mix & Apply

• Mix equal parts Noemi GEL Dye + preferred Noemi developer (gel or cream)

• For full coverage:
  • Apply one even layer to hairs and press into skin
  • Add 2–3 additional layers for rich color

• For hair-stroke effect:
  • Use a fine-tipped brush
  • Lightly flick product in the direction of natural hair growth

Step 3: Process & Remove

• Processing time: 5–15 minutes, depending on desired intensity
  • 5–8 minutes: Soft & natural
  • 10–15 minutes: Bold & defined

• For ombré effect: Begin removing from the brow front within 90 seconds, blending every 60–90 seconds

Note: When applying after brow lamination, tint after Step 2. Hair absorbs pigment faster post-lamination, so monitor processing closely.
