To use Click & Collect, simply select “Collect from Store” at checkout. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.

Delivery
We’ve partnered with NZ Post to ensure your orders are delivered safely, quickly, and affordably.
All orders are sent via express delivery
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days, depending on order time and location
Overnight delivery is available across New Zealand

Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
All parcels are tracked through a specialised NZ Post tracking system.
If an order is shipped without signature required, responsibility transfers to the recipient once the parcel is marked as delivered.
Please ensure a safe and secure delivery location is available.
Returns
All orders leave our warehouse in brand new, undamaged condition.
Can I Return an Item?
Yes. We offer exchanges or refunds within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unused, unopened, and undamaged
The product is returned in original condition
All original packaging, parts, and accessories are included
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In rare cases, items may arrive damaged or faulty due to circumstances beyond our control.
If this occurs:
Email us info@browsboutique.co.nz with photos and a brief description of the issue
Please retain the goods, as the manufacturer may request inspection
We will resolve the issue promptly by arranging a replacement or refund within approximately 3 working days.

Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from our website, you’re welcome to return the items to us in their original, unopened condition within 10 days of delivery. We will gladly exchange, replace, or refund your order.
